30 Day New Year Challenge

Now is the time many of you will have made New Year's resolutions - and embracing a healthier lifestyle is one of the most popular ones out there. A regular yoga practice is a great way to get fit, cultivate mindfulness and embodied self-awareness, improve concentration and general health.

So to help you stick to that resolution we have created a 30 day challenge at It's Yoga in Brighton! This is how it works:

 

Step 1:

Get an unlimited membership of 1 month or more this January - this includes the 2 month introdoctory offer for new students! Let us know that you would like to take part in the challenge and when you want to begin.

 

Step 2:

Commit to coming to 5 classes a week beginning anytime in January 2018 - some of these can be on the same day. Don't worry, you still get something if you don't quite make the five classes!

 

Step 3:

Make sure to have us sign you in when you come to a class so we can keep track of how your 30 day challenge is going.

 

Step 4:

Keep it up for 30 days and you will receive 20% off the first month of any unlimited membership after you complete the challenge (sign up within two weeks) and get entered into our prize draw to win a manduka eKO/eKOlite mat and a Manduka yogitoes towel of you choice!

 

If you don't quite make the 5 classes a week but come to at least 3 a week, we will still offer you 10% off the first month of any unlimited membership :)
