Vanessa Jaich

Vanessa has been practicing yoga and meditation for many years.

Initially studying and practicing the Ashtanga lineage and the It’s Yoga system, she later developed a softer approach by studying 5 Element Yin styles.

Vanessa co-founded and ran a yoga centre in Cape Town for many years. She now works in health and well-being, fusing her love of food by working as a private nutritional chef. She also runs culinary nutrition and yoga workshops and retreats in the UK and Europe.

Her classes are balanced, combining both dynamic flow and yin restorative mindfulness sequences. She is passionate about helping people find more comfort, ease, joy and connection to their bodies.
