Share what you love - certifying facilitators since 1989

The purpose of the It’s Yoga 200hr Teacher Training is to provide a supportive environment in which you begin to connect with your inner teacher, your internal wisdom and authentic voice. Through pranayama, asana practice, mind-body journaling, group conversation, reading and guided meditation, you will practice the essential process of conscious listening to your own higher self.

Our 200 hour program in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga has been certifying lovers of yoga around the world for almost 30 years. It is open to all who are currently practicing yoga - we do not ask for a minimum experience level but do ask for commitment, passion and a readiness to jump in! This training supports students in deepening their understanding and relationship to the practice through study of the foundational pillars: breath, bandhas and drishti, combined with asana and sequence breakdown and modification for all levels as well as functional anatomy and off the mat life coaching tools. With effective methods to make the practice accessible and appropriate, the It's Yoga approach is therapeutic, challenging and contemporary, supportive, and yet steeped in tradition.

We are an international family as well as a local community and look forward to welcoming you to It's Yoga!
